International Career Development Conference

ICDC is an annual “think-on-your-feet” business competition consisting of students from across the United States, Germany, Canada, and other countries. These individuals are given a Role Play, in which they assume the role of a business professional of a certain company and are given 10-15 minutes to create a solution to a problem the business is facing. Another 10 minutes are given for the participant to sell their idea to a panel of judges and answer their questions.
